Curry Masala Gravy

Ingredients:
- 240 ml vegetable oil
- 5 tbsp garlic puree
- 4 tbsp ginger puree
- 240 ml onion puree
- 500 g canned tomatoes with juice
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tsp salt 2 tbsp sugar
Method:
- Combine oil, garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes and sugar.
- Heat over low heat.
- Serve hot.
