Ingredients for Gulab ka Sharbat:

  • Sugar 750 gram
  • Water 1-1/2 cup
  • Arq-e-gulab 1 cup
  • Red color A pinch

Method:

  1. Mix sugar and water together in a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes till slightly thick and syrupy.
  2. Remove from the stove. Add arq-e-gulab and red color.
  3. Mix well and allow to cool.
  4. Pour into sterilized bottles.
