SWISS CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE


Ingredients For Swiss Chocolate Mousse Cake:

  • Eggs  3
  • Caster sugar  3 ounce
  • Flour  3 ounce
  • Baking powder  1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp

Ingredients For Filling:

  • Milk  1 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate grated 4 ounces
  • Eggs  2 separated
  • Caster sugar 3+2 ounce
  • Vanilla  1 tsp
  • Gelatin powder  1 1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream  1/2 cup

Ingredients For Chocolate Ganache:

  • Chocolate grated  6 ounces
  • Fresh cream  1/2 cup
  • Butter  1 tsp

Ingredients For decoration:

  • Whippes cream  8 ounces
  • Icing sugar  2 ounces
  • Chocolate decoration  as required


Method:

For making filling

  1. pour milk, grated chocolate, egg yolk, caster sugar, cook it till it becomes thick.
  2. Now remove it from stove. Then add vanilla essence, gelatin powder mix it well and keep it to cool.
  3. Put the egg yolk, caster sugar in a mixing bowl, mix and beat it.
  4. Now keep it cool, put it in custard, fold it with cream.

For Making Chocolate Ganache:

  1. Put the grated chocolate, fresh cream, butter, cook it for 5 minutes until it becomes smooth.
  2. Now for assembling cake, cut the cake into 2 layers. Now put the 1 layer in a los bottom pan, pour the syrup, pour the mozarella filling and cool it for 1 hour.
  3. Then put the other layer, moist the syrup again, place it in freezer for set.
  4. Take out the tin, paste the beated cream on its side.
  5. In the end pour beated cream, garnish it with chocolate.


DUM KI MURGH CURRY

Ingredients For Dum ki Murgh Curry:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  • Chili powder  2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt  1 1/2 cup
  • Onion brown
  • Salt  2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds  1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 1/2 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts  1 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 10 to 12 chopped

Method:

  1. First add sesame seeds, poppy seeds, chopped coconut, cashew nuts in a grinder.
  2. Now marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, chopped coriander, chopped cumin, chopped turmeric, garam masala, yogurt, fried onions and chopped masala, salt.
  3. Then heat the oil put the marinated chicken in that oil cook it for 15 minutes until it is tendered half.
  4. Now add chopped coriander, 10 -12 curry leaves, cook it for 15 minutes until the oil starts to comes up, serve it with boiled rice.

  • made this dum murgh curry, about a week ago. I used both poppy seeds and cashews for masala. I used 1 cup yogurt for gravy. Its very delicious recipe. Good for parties also. Very soft and tender chicken.
