Ingredients:

  • Evaporated Milk - 1 cup
  • Condensed Milk - 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple - 1 cup
  • Coconut Milk - 1/2 tin
  • Coconut Essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh Coconut - 3 tbsp
  • Crushed Ice - 1 cup

Method:

  1. Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk, yogurt, pineapple, coconut milk, coconut essence, fresh coconut and crushed ice in a blender.
  2. Serve chilled.

Coconut Smoothie is a Cold Beverage, prepared with Milk, Yogurt, Coconut and Pineapple.
