Tomato Puree Paste by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chopped tomatoes - 5kg
Method:
- Chop all the tomatoes.
- Put these tomatoes in a pan without adding water , cover it and cook till the tomatoes are soft.
- Take out the mixture and blend.
- Rinse water and strain the tomatoes.
- Store in a jar and use it whenever needed.
Tomato Puree Paste is prepared with Tomatoes.
