Ingredients

  1. Khoya 1/2 kg
  2. Ghee 2 tbsp
  3. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Egg 1
  5. Plain Flour 1/2 cup
  6. Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Ghee For frying

For Making Syrup

  1. Sugar 1/2 kg
  2. water 2 cup
  3. Cardamoms 4
  4. Almonds, Pistachios as required
  5. Silver Leaves as required
Method
  • Mix 1/2 kg khoya, 2 tbsp ghee. 1/2 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 cup Plain Flour, Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp, 1 egg.
  • Now make small balls and fry with hot ghee.
  • For Syrup put 1/2 kg sugar, 2 cup water and 4 Cardamom and cook it.
  • As sugar get liquid then dip Gulab Jamun.
