Ingredients:

  • Button red chilies ground 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper ground 10 gm
  • Cumin seeds ground 10 gm
  • Black salt 40 gm
  • White salt 20 gm
  • Noshadar 20 gm
  • All spice ground 25 gm
  • Dried ginger powder 50 gm
  • Tatri powder 40 gm
  • Coriander (roasted & ground) 1/2 kg

Method:

  1. Grease frying pan and roast red chilies, cumin seeds and coriander.
  2. Now mix remaining ingredients.
