Tamatar Ki Chutney by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 6
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Finely chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take out seeds of tomatoes and cut into finely.
  2. Now fry onion and garlic in pan.
  3. Now put tomatoes, red chili, all spice powder, black pepper, cumin and salt and roast it nicely.
  4. Tomatoes tender, add 1/2 cup tamarind paste and mix it.
  5. Chutney becomes thick, remove it and serve with pakoray.

Tamatar Ki Chutney is classic & delicious dish. It can be served with roti or pakoray.
