Bataita Wada (Potato balls)
- Boil and mash potatoes.
If say you take app. Half kg. bataita that is Gujarati for aloo or potato.
Make basin paste.
Add little chilly and salt to it, according to taste
Then dip bataita wada in it and deep fry.
- red chilly powder
- lemon juice
- dhania powder
- haldi, to taste and
- little oil also about 1tbsp.
Good for snack or as a side dish with a meal.
