Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Sambal oelek 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Mace 1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Coconut powder 2 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Crushed brown onion 4 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Roast coconut and poppy seeds and grind it.
  2. Now marinate mince with all ingredients.
  3. Now add oil and leave for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now put mince in pyrex dish and bake on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
  5. Give smoke of coal, garnish with onion rings, mint leaves and lemon and serve.

Lakhnavi Galawat Kay Kabab is amazing dish. Beef mince is marinated and baked in oven. It is served with naan, mint leaves, onion and lemons.
