Murgh Aloo Bukhara

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (8 pieces) 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 10-12
  • Plum (soaked) 12
  • Potatoes (big) 2
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Wash chicken, dry it and marinated with salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil, put 1 cup water, plum and red chilies, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add chicken and potatoes and simmer it on low flame.
  4. Then fry it and serve.

Murgh Aloo Bukhara is delicious dish. It is prepared with few ingredients. Serve with rice or naan.
