Ingredients

  • Bananas 6
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Direction


  1. Peel the bananas and slice into 1 inch rounds
  2. Heat the clarified butter and add the bananas Saute till bananas are a little soft.
  3. Add sugar and enough water to cover the banana mixture.
  4. Cook over low heat till the liquid thickens enough so that when you lift it and drop, it should fall in drops and not a steam add you lift it and drop.
