					Ingredients: 
-  Chicken 1 kg 
 
-  Black Pepper 1- ½ tsp 
 
-  All Spice Powder 1 tsp 
 
-  Tomatoes 5 
 
-  Turmeric Powder   ½ tsp 
 
-  Chopped Garlic  4 to 5 cloves 
 
-  Salt  to taste 
 
-  Coriander Leaves  1 bunch 
 
-  Cream ½ cup 
 
-  Yogurt ½ cup 
 
-  Green Chilies 5 to 6 
 
-  Ginger Julienne Cut for garnishing  
 
-  Oil 1 cup 
 
-  Coal for smoke 
 
 Direction: 
-  In a pan put 1 cup water and boiled it. Add chopped garlic, turmeric powder
 
- Add chicken and cook them on high flames till water dried.
 
- Then add tomatoes and cover with lid then cook till tomatoes are tender.
 
- Now mash tomatoes, add oil, chicken, salt, cream and yogurt, and cook on low flame till oil separate.
 
-  Add black pepper and all spice powder mix well.
 
-  Now add green coriander, green chilies or ginger and simmer for 5 to 10 min.
