Chui Mui koftay Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
  • Yoghurt 2 tbsp
  • Brown Onion (grinded) 4 tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

Ingredients For Gravy:

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Yoghurt ½ cup
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (chopped)2

Direction:

  1. Boil half kg mince, with salt chili powder, coriander chopped onion , ginger garlic, and 1 cup water till tender and dry.
  2. Remove them from bowl and add in chopper with 2 tbsp yoghurt brown onion.
  3. Allspice grind well until smooth make into balls, and deep fry keep aside.

Direction for gravy:

  1. Heat oil, Add chopped onion, fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste, salt chili powder, yoghurt fry well. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till thick gravy left add fried koftas.
  2. Cook for 5 min and serve garnish with coriander leaves.
