Banana Cinnamon Tea is beneficial for good sleep. You have to drink it approximately 1 hour before going to bed.

Ingredients:

  • Banana raw 1
  • Cinnamon 1 pinch
  • Water 1 small pot

Direction:

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Then mix banana with water.
  3. Then sprinkle cinnamon and strain it.
  4. Then take out in cup and serve.

Banana Cinnamon Tea is good tea. Water is boiled and mixed with banana. Then cinnamon is sprinkled and strained. Serve hot in cup.
