- Vermicelli kheer – 400 grams
- Vanilla Ice cream – 2 scoops
- Straw berry Ice cream – 2 scoops
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- Pistachios – 150 grams
- Almonds – 150 grams
- Roohafzah syrup – as per requirement
- Take a long glass and pour kheer in it.
- Add all the ice creams over the kheer.
- Include roohafzah syrup on top along with lemon juice.
- Serve chilled.
