Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli kheer – 400 grams
  • Vanilla Ice cream – 2 scoops
  • Straw berry Ice cream – 2 scoops
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  • Pistachios – 150 grams
  • Almonds – 150 grams
  • Roohafzah syrup – as per requirement

Method:

  1. Take a long glass and pour kheer in it.
  2. Add all the ice creams over the kheer.
  3. Include roohafzah syrup on top along with lemon juice.
  4. Serve chilled.
