Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Garlic cloves - 4
  • Red chilies - 20
  • Grated coconut – 2 cups
  • Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Take a pan and heat oil in it.
  2. Sauté garlic and coconut in the oil.
  3. Pour the sauté mixture in a grinder - along with tamarind pulp and red chilies.
  4. Serve cold.
