Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 1 kg
  • Garlic ginger paste – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Onions – 2 medium
  • Tomatoes – 5 medium
  • Yogurt – ½ cup
  • Red chilies – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – ½ cup

Method:

  1. In a pot, heat oil and sauté onions until soft.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste along with cumin seeds, turmeric powder and tomatoes.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Add salt, red chilies, chicken pieces and yogurt.
  5. Mix well and cover the pot. Let it cook on medium heat until oil separates.
  6. Serve hot.

Small chicken pieces with spice and gravy.
