					Ingredients:
- 15ml olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 25g flour
- 30ml tomato ketchup
- 300ml passata
- 5ml sugar
- 15ml chopped fresh parsley
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan. 
- Add the onion and garlic clove and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the tomato ketchup, passata, sugar and fresh parsley.
- Bring to the boil.
- Chill and use as required.
  
					
					It has a concentrated tomato flavor.
