  • I made this pudding on tuesday,3 days ago. I did not have khoya so I substututed kalakand mithai. I omitted cream and increased milk to 1 1/2 cup. I always use standard measuring cup for liquids to measure milk. Sugar used was 7 Tbsp. I used saffron soaked in 1 tsp kewra and omitted elaichi powder.It should be tried, thats my request. Result was AMAZING.I prefer it served at room temp or cold.
