					Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 3 tbsp custard powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp lard
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 1/3 cup water
Filling:
- 38g peanuts
- 38g white sesame seeds
- 38g flaked coconut
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
Method:
- Stir fry peanuts along with washed sesame seeds. 
- Mix with flaked coconut and granulated sugar to form filing. 
- Sift plain flour and custard powder. Form a hollow in center. Slowly add lard, peanut oil, granulated sugar and water. 
- Knead into soft dough. Shape into thin sheet. Mould into round shapes. Put in a suitable amount of filling. 
- Fold up and press firmly. Make lace round and edge. Deep fry over low heat until golden.
