					Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Spinach, cut into strips
 
- 1 cup Butter 
 
- 1 large Onion, diced 
 
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced 
 
- Salt to taste 
 
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, grated
 
- 1 tsp Paprika 
 
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder 
 
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder 
 
Method:
- In a pan, heat butter until bubbly. 
 
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. 
 
- Sprinkle with salt, cover and steam for 5 minutes. 
 
- Add the spinach and remove from heat. 
 
- Grease a casserole pan and transfer the mixture to it.
 
- Sprinkle with paprika, nutmeg and pepper.
 
- Top with cheese. 
 
- Back at 350 F about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
