Ginger-Melon-Ade Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, coarsely cut
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh seedless watermelon cubes
  • 2 cups frozen seedless watermelon cubes

Method:

  1. Puree the ginger and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Add the fresh watermelon and continue to puree then add the frozen watermelon pieces and blend again.
  3. Chill and serve.
