Juice(Fresh / Concentrated) Recipes

Juices are not much favourable for consumption at daily basis, but as an energy booster sometime when you get too much fatigue or for a change if you want any drink it could be consumed occasionally. Keeping in mind that juice gives you excess amounts of sugar at one time that you cannot consume through eating whole fruit or vegetable at one time. Juices are better than soft drinks or artificial energy drinks, but not good enough to be consumed on daily basis.

Some people have perception that tetra packs or artificial juices available in markets are more harmful than fresh juices, but actually there is not much difference. The only difference is of preservatives and sometime artificial flavourings in packed juices, but the common problem in both types is, an excess amount of sugar intake that only gives you fats and weight gain. Whole fruit cannot be consumed as much as it is consumed in one glass of fresh juice. Fresh juices not only gives you excess amounts of sugar and some of the nutrients, but lacks some nutrients in fruit or veggie skin or just underneath the skin as well as fiber content of the fruit is destroyed, that is essential for your body in healthy digestion and helps in losing excess weight. So instead of juices, if you are keen of drinks, smoothies could be a best choice as it contains whole fruit in it, fiber content and some water to make it smooth for drink, in this way you cannot consume more than one fruit at a time, and it would not affect your health too.
