Prawn Cocktail is different and new seafood dish. Its origin is Great Britain. You must try this recipe for change

Ingredients:

  • Prawns (peeled & cooked) 1 kg
  • Iceberg lettuce shredded 1

For Cocktail Sauce:

  • Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
  • Thin cream 1/2 cup
  • Fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
  • Red Tabasco pepper sauce little
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Direction:

  1. For cocktail sauce: Put tomato sauce, cream, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and red Tabasco pepper sauce in bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Then taste it and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. For serving: Place iceberg lettuce in 6 to 7 serving glasses or serving dishes.
  4. Then top with prawns.
  5. Then drizzle with cocktail sauce and serve immediately.

Prawn Cocktail is tasty dish. Cocktail sauce is prepared with sauces, cream and lemon juice. Then mixed and season with salt & black pepper. Then prawns in served in serving glasses/dished on iceberg lettuce and drizzled with cocktail sauce.
