Prawn Cocktail Recipe
Prawn Cocktail is different and new seafood dish. Its origin is Great Britain. You must try this recipe for change
- Prawns (peeled & cooked) 1 kg
- Iceberg lettuce shredded 1
For Cocktail Sauce:
- Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
- Thin cream 1/2 cup
- Fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
- Red Tabasco pepper sauce little
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- For cocktail sauce: Put tomato sauce, cream, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and red Tabasco pepper sauce in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then taste it and season with salt and black pepper.
- For serving: Place iceberg lettuce in 6 to 7 serving glasses or serving dishes.
- Then top with prawns.
- Then drizzle with cocktail sauce and serve immediately.
