Coconut Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 500 g carrots, chopped
  • 300 ml cream of coconut

Method:

  1. In a pan over low heat, combine carrots and coconut cream.
  2. Simmer until carrots are tender.
  3. Serve with baked bread.

Carrots simmered in cream of coconut.
