Ingredients for Chilli Chilli Sandwich:   
  
Chicken 1/2 kg   
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp   
Salt 1 tsp   
Red chilli (crushed) 1 tsp   
Lemon juice 1 tbsp   
Oil 2 tbsp   
Chilli Garlic Sauce 1 tsp   
Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp   
Ketchup 3 tbsp   
Hot dig buns 4   
Capsicum 1 thinly sliced   
Curry Powder 1 tsp   
Butter as required   
Mayonnaise as required    
Method:   
  
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilli, salt and lemon juice. leave for 1/2 an hour.   
Heat oil in a fry pan, add onion, saute for a minute and add garlic paste along with marinated chicken.   
Fry for 5 minutes till the chicken is tender.   
Add ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, curry powder and capsicum. Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove it.   
Cut the hot dog buns lengthwise. Spread butter on one half followed by the mayonnaise.   
Spread the chicken filling lavishly, cover with top bun and serve immediately.    
Ingredients for Chocolate Mousse:   
  
Chocolate 100 grams   
Butter 50 gram   
Eggs 3   
Milk 1/4 cup   
Coco powder 1 tbsp   
Caster sugar 75 gram   
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp   
Gelatin 1 tsp   
Water 1/4 cup   
Fresh cream 200 grams    
Method:   
  
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and place it over a pan of boiling water.   
Leave to melt, stirring occasionally.   
Add in butter, milk, cocoa powder and mix well.   
In a bowl beat the eggs with caster sugar till fluffy.   
Add vanilla essence and fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.   
Now fold in the gelatin very gently followed by the whipped cream.   
Chill in the refrigerators till firm or set.   
Decorate with fresh cream and chocolate decorations.    
Ingredients for Cinnamon:   
  
Flour 3 cups   
Dry milk 3 tbsp   
Instant yeast 2 tsp   
Egg 1   
Caster sugar 3 tbsp   
Butter 3 tbsp   
Luke warm water to knead    
  
Brown sugar 3/4 cup   
Cream 4 tbsp   
Butter 2 tbsp    
Ingredients for caramel sauce:   
  
Brown sugar 1/2 cup   
Caster sugar 1/4 cup   
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp   
Walnuts 1/2 cup    
Method for Dough:   
  
In a bowl mix together flour, dry milk, instant yeast, egg, caster sugar, and knead with water into a soft dough.   
Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.   
Turn the dough out on a lightly floured surface.   
Roll the dough into a large rectangle.   
Brush the dough lightly with butter, sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon powder mixture on top followed by the crushed walnuts.   
Roll the dough like a swiss roll and further cut it into rolls of 2inches.   
Press lightly again leave the dough rolls to rise for about 30 minutes.   
Brush with beaten egg yolk, bake on 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.   
Spread hot sauce on top of warm rolls and serve immediately.
