French Country Egg by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for French Country Egg:

  • Beef cold meat 50 gram
  • Onion 1
  • Celery stick 1
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Bread slices 2
  • Egg 3
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Spinach 1/4 bunch
  • Parsely chopped 1/4 bunch
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First cut bread slices & beef cold meat into cubes.
  2. Now cut onion & garlic thin pieces.
  3. Now beat eggs in one bowl.
  4. Heat oil in pan, fry beef cold meat & bread slices until light golden brown.
  5. Now add chopped onion, chopped garlic & boiled potato cuted in cubes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame or until light golden.
  6. Now add chopped spinach & parsely chopped, mix for few minutes on low flame, then add beaten eggs, salt & black pepper powder and cook it.
  7. When egg is cooked, fold half, cook on both side, take out, cut it and serve hot.
