Mexican Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs ¬ boiled
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 3 ounces green chili peppers ¬
  • 1 3 ounce can, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/8 tbsp cayenne pepper

Method:

  1. In a pot mix all the ingredients.
  2. Served it on roasted red peppers on the grill.
