Ingredients for Delhi Ka Khas Raan Musalam:
Mutton leg 1-1/2 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Raw papaya grinded 2 tbsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Coriander roasted 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Mace 1/4 tsp
Cashew nut 8 grinded
Nut meg 14/ tsp
Green cardamom 1 tsp
Saffron 1/2 tsp
Kewra water 2
Cream 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Kalay Falsay Ki Baraf:
Falsay 1/2 kg
Sugar 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Rose water 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Chanay Ki Daal Ka Halwa:
Gram lentils 1/2 kg
Sugar 1/2 kg
Ghee 1-1/2 cup
Milk 1 liter
Green cardamom 4 crushed
Green cardamom ground 1 tsp
Khoya 1/2 cup
Pistachio 3 tbsp
Yellow color 1 pinch
Silver paper As required
