Ingredients for Lagan Gosht:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Whole red chillies 10
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Green chillies 6
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Dahi Sabzi Masala:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Peas 250 gram
  • Yogurt 250 gram
  • Cauliflower 250 gram
  • Carrot 2
  • Big red chillies 10
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coal 1

Ingredients for Chocolate Caramel Trifle:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Egg 2
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
