Baked curry

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 500g steak
  • plain flour
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Cut steak in to pieces & roll in flour.
  2. Place in casserole dish with curry, salt, sugar, vinegar & tomato sauce.
  3. Add water & pour over meat.
  4. Cover and bake for 1 ½ hrs.
