Ingredients for Kharay Masalay Ka Gosht:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Big cardamom 4
  • Red chili 6
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Black peppercorn 6
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one pot and do onion golden brown.
  2. Then put meat, salt and turmeric.
  3. When water of meat dries, add tomatoes, garlic cloves, chopped ginger, red chili, black peppercorn, clove, big cardamom, fennel seeds and coriander seeds and roast lightly.
  4. Now put 2 cup water and keep on simmer.
  5. When oil comes up, then serve kharay masalay ka gosht with hot chapati.
