Ingredients for Floating Island:

  • Egg whites 6
  • Sugar powder 1 cup
  • Milk 3 cup
  • Cream 4-5 tbsp
  • Vanilla custard 1 tbsp
  • Chopped pistachio as required
  • Vanilla essence few drops

Method:

  1. Beat egg whites. Then put sugar, beat it and mix vanilla essence.
  2. Heat milk, mix sugar and boil it.
  3. Now add one one tsp of egg whites and cook it.
  4. Dissolve custard powder in water and put in remaining milk.
  5. Together mix sugar and cream.
  6. Take out custard in dish and put balls of cooked whites
  7. Garnish with pistachio and serve chill.
