Coconut Milk Jelly by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Coconut 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla or coconut essence 1/2 tsp
  • Gelatin 2 tsp
  • Coconut macrons for garnish

Method:

  1. First dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
  2. Now blend coconut with 1 cup milk.
  3. Then beat it remaining milk and caster sugar and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. After that, take it out, add vanilla or coconut essence and dissolved gelatin and put in gelatin mold.
  5. Then chill it for 4 hours.
  6. Now put in serving dish and garnish with coconut macrons.
