Ingredients:

  • Drum sticks 1/2 kg
  • Lotus stem 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 3-4
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Soya 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean lotus steam, wash it and boil it.
  2. Now cut into pieces.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and fry onion and chopped ginger.
  4. Now put drum sticks and fry it.
  5. Then add tomato and roast it.
  6. After that, add yogurt, turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander powder, all spice powder and salt and cook it nicely.
  7. Now add lotus stem and water as required and cook until lotus stem tender.
  8. When mixture becomes thick, dish out, garnish with soya and serve.
