Ingredients:

  • Tapioca 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Chopped almonds 15
  • Crushed jaggery 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh milk 1-1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Soak tapioca for 3 hours. Now drain its water and grind it nicely in blender.
  2. Heat oil in karahi pan, fry chopped walnuts and chopped almonds, take out and spread on tissue paper.
  3. Now put crushed jaggery and 1 cup water in karahi pan and cook it.
  4. When jaggery melts, add tapioca and stir it fast.
  5. Then put milk and stir it.
