            BBQ THAI GARLIC BEEF

INGREDIENTS:

  • Undercut beef fillet: 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste: 2tbsp
  • Green chili paste: 2tbsp
  • Papaya paste: 2tbsp
  • Brown sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed: 1 tsp
  • Thai red curry paste: 1 tbsp
  • Basil: 1/3 tsp
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Oil: 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put undercut beef fillet in a bowl and mix all ingredients in it and leave to marinate for 2 to 3 hours. 
  2. Now arrange them on bbq sticks and fry for some time, now grill them on grill pan and serev hot.

             GOLDEN GATE CHILI POPS

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mutton chops: 1/2 kg
  • Garlic chooped: 1 tbsp
  • Dark soya sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar: 4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce: 2-3 tbsp
  • Five spice powder: 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour: 1-2 tbsp
  • Eggs: 1-2
  • Chinese salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Oil: for frying
  • Salt: to taste
FOR GRAVY:
  • Garlic paste: 1tbsp
  • Worcester sauce: 2-3 tbsp
  • Tomatoe paste: 1 cup
  • Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Oil: as required
  • Salt: as required
  • Whole red chili: 4-5

METHOD:

  1. Add mutton chops in a bowl and mix all ingredients in it and leave for marinaton for half an hour.
  2. Now deep fry them.
FOR MAKING GRAVY:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry and garlic paste in it, now add tomatoe pate, oyster suce, salt in it and   cook until thicken.
  2. Now add beef chops in it and garnish whole red chili on it.
