Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Kashmiri red chilies 6
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 8
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat 1/2 cup ghee and fry onion until light golden.
  2. Now put Kashmiri red chilies, ginger garlic, salt and tomato puree and fry it nicely.
  3. Then put sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
  4. Then add 1 cup water with mutton, cover it and cook until it is ready.
  5. Now put khoya and yogurt, fry it nicely and simmer it.
  6. In end, garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
