Ingredients:

  • Mutton 500 gm
  • Fat 250 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lahori salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut fat into cubes.
  2. Now mix mutton, fat, black pepper, garlic paste, cinnamon powder, Lahori salt and papaya paste in mixing bowl and leave it for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
  3. Now skew fat and mutton on bbq skewers, bake in preheated oven or roast on coal or fry it.
  4. In end, serve with skewers.
