Ingredients:

  • Garlic 8-10 cloves
  • Coconut 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast garlic, coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts in pan, take it out and cool it.
  2. Then grind with tamarind pulp.
  3. Now heat oil and put chutney.
  4. Then add salt, roast it and remove it.
