  1. Keri 1/2 kg
  2. Salt/namak 1 tbs
  3. Haldi 1 tbs
  4. Rai 1 tsp
  5. Kalonji 1 tsp
  6. Methi dana 1 tsp
  7. Sonf 1 tbs
  8. Sarsoo ka oil 1 cup


  1. Cut Keri into small pieces.
  2. Put 4 tbs Sarson oil in a pan. Add Rai, Kalonji, Methi Dana, Sonf and mix well on stove.
  3. Add Haldi and Namak to Keri and mix well.
  4. Add all Masalas to Keri and put on slow flame for 10 minutes.
  5. Once done, put this into bottle with oil. Achaar is ready to use now.
