  1. Keri 1/2 kg
  2. Sugar 1/2 kg
  3. Black salt/Kala namak 2 tbs
  4. Cumin/Zeera 1 tbs
  5. Mint / Podeena 10


  1. Cut Keri and boil in 1 litre water.
  2. Add sugar and blend well.
  3. Add Black salt / Kala namak, Zeera, and Podeena and blend again.


  1. Serve with half glass chilled water and half glass juice.
  2. Can also be served with ice (without water)
