					Ingredients:
- Flour 1 kg
- Salt 20 gm
- Water 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds 250 gm
- Corn starch to sprinkle
 
Method:
- Mix flour, salt, water and cumin seeds, knead it and make hard dough.
- Now roll in long portions and cut into small balls.
- Then brush with oil and corn starch.
- Roll each ball like poori.
- Now put 6 pooriyan at intervals and fry on medium flame.
