					Ingredients:
- Coconut slices 1 cup
- Whole red chilies 5-6
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 5-6
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
 
Method:
- Roast coconut.
- Now heat oil in pan and crackle mustard seeds, red chilies and curry leaves.
- Then roast coconut in dry pan for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add roasted coconut, mustard seeds, tamarind paste, red chilies, oil and salt in blender and blend it.
- Then take out in serving bowl and serve it.
