Creamy Carnival Cups by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Strawberry jello 1 packet
  • Gelatin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 1/2 liter
  • Cream cheese 4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream whipped 4 oz

For Decoration:

  • Swiss roll or plain cake slices as required

Method:

  1. Dissolve strawberry jello and gelatin in water.
  2. Now beat ice cream and cream cheese, add in gelatin mixture and mix it nicely.
  3. Then fill half half mixture in serving glasses.
  4. Now put Swiss roll or plain cakes slices and fill glassed with gelatin mixture.
  5. Then keep glasses in fridge until set.
  6. Then decorate with fresh cream and serve.
