Meat Balls Spaghetti by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Meat balls as required
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 2-3
  • Finely chopped garlic 5-6
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Spaghetti:

  • Spaghetti 1/2 cup
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For spaghetti: Put spaghetti in hot water, put oil and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Then take it out and put in cold water.
  3. When spaghetti is cool, take it out, keep in plate and put oil.
  4. Now heat oil in pan and saute onion.
  5. Now add tomatoes, garlic, black pepper and salt and mix it nicely.
  6. Then add stock, mix it and cook until sauce is thick.
  7. When sauce is thick, add cheese.
  8. When cheese is mixed, add meat balls and take out in dish.
  9. Sauce is ready.
  10. Put spaghetti in big serving bowl and put meat balls.
  11. Then put sauce and serve.
