Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1 kg
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Orange red color 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mark cut on chicken.
  2. Now marinate it with salt and vinegar for 4 hours.
  3. Take out water from chicken and marinate with curry powder, red chili powder, yogurt, black pepper, ginger garlic and orange red color for 2 more hours.
  4. Then cook in handi until water dries.
  5. Now deep fry it and sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala.

Handi Charga is spicy & delicious dish. You can make this dish at home easily instead of eating in restaurants.
