					Ingredients:
- Undercut pieces1/2 kg
 
- Boti tikka masala 1/2 packet
 
- Ginger garlic 1-1/2 tsp
 
- Raw papaya 1 tsp
 
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
 
- Salt 1/2 tsp
 
- Fried onion 2 tbsp
 
- All spice 1/2 tsp
 
- Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
 
- Mace powder 1/4 tsp
 
- Oil as required
 
Method:
- Marinate undercut with boti tikka masala, ginger garlic, raw papaya, yogurt, onion and fried onion for 30 minutes.
 
- Now heat oil, put marinated undercut pieces and cook on low flame until it tender.
 
- Then take it out and add remaining ingredients.
 
- Then give smoke of coal and serve with onion and mint leaves.
 
								
					  
					
					Bihari Boti is BBQ dish. It is commonly prepared in Eid-ul-Adha. You can make it at home or you can prepared it from outside to get delicious taste.
