  • Undercut pieces1/2 kg
  • Boti tikka masala 1/2 packet
  • Ginger garlic 1-1/2 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Fried onion 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • Mace powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil as required


  1. Marinate undercut with boti tikka masala, ginger garlic, raw papaya, yogurt, onion and fried onion for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil, put marinated undercut pieces and cook on low flame until it tender.
  3. Then take it out and add remaining ingredients.
  4. Then give smoke of coal and serve with onion and mint leaves.

Bihari Boti is BBQ dish. It is commonly prepared in Eid-ul-Adha. You can make it at home or you can prepared it from outside to get delicious taste.
